Release of Liability
Winnetka Presbyterian Church is a welcoming place that hosts a variety of groups throughout the week. As with any show, there is some risk involved. For this reason we request that participants sign a waiver of liability.
In consideration of my participation in the I AM art show, which will run from April 9th- 30th, I hereby release Winnetka Presbyterian Church and its employees and organizers of the I AM art show, from any liability related to the loss or damage to my artwork which may occur while participating in the show.
